You have changed your mind, the size does not suit?
In order to facilitate the proceeding, Dessus Dessous provides you with a prepaid return label to be downloaded via your customer account on our website. All you have to do is follow the procedure indicated in «My account / My returns», join you delivery slip to your return parcel, print and stick your prepaid label.
You may then either depose your parcel at the post office, at a relay point or you may even request to depose your parcel in your own post box. You will receive a mail from the post office customer service with all the necessary information and the main steps to follow for your return.

  • If you chose a refund via voucher, Dessus Dessous will cover the shipping expenses. The return will be free! Your voucher will be stored to your Dessus Dessous customer account within a delay of 2 days upon receipt of your return parcel. Usable over a period of a year, for you to use this voucher at your convenience.

  • If you wish a reimbursement, in order to facilitate the return, you will find at your disposal a prepaid return label, to print off, and to stick to your parcel. A fee of €5.00 will be deducted from your refund, as a contribution to the cost engendered by the return of the goods (unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf). Upon receipt and after verification of your return, the items returned will be totally reimbursed via the payment method of your choice (credit card, check, bank transfer) or in absence of your instructions, the refund will take place as per the payment method used on your previous order.

  • If you chose not to use the prepaid return label offered by Dessus Dessous, you also have the possibility to return the items by your own means.  The returned articles will be totally reimbursed via the payment method of your choice (credit card, check, bank transfer), within a delay of 2 days upon receipt and after verification of your parcel by our services.

 If you wish to proceed to an exchange?

In case of an exchange, log into your customer account, in “My returns”, follow the instructions and joinyour delivery ship to your parcel. We invite you to directly place a new order on our website, once the return is registered and the voucher has been credited to your customer account.

For all returns outside Mainland France, please note that the return expenses are at the customers charge.

Conditions for return

  • Returns outside the EU must be sent by regular registered postal mail. All Fedex and Chronopost packages will be automatically refused. We suggest you to insure your package and keep all proof of postage in case it gets lost.
  • The lingerie must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with its labels still on and never been worn.
  • The packing slip must be inside the package with the returned items.
  • Hosiery products, Accessories and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We cannot accept a return for safety reasons:
    • The articles not in their original packaging.
    • The packages for which we do not have any information about the sender (order number, shipping number, full name, address).
