Fedex or Colissimo International : delivery within 1 to 6 days.

An estimation of shipment fees will be proposed in your shopping basket before confirming your command.

We accept 3 methods of payment

- Payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Carte Aurore, American Express and e-card). The payment of your order takes place the day of shipment (except for e-cards and foreign payments, in which they are immediately charged).

- Payment by check (we only process with an order upon receipt of the payment).

- Payment via bank transfer (we only process with an order upon receipt of the payment).

The items received may be returned within a period of 30 days upon receipt of your parcel. In order to benefit from a prepaid return label, just follow the instructions at:
"My account / My returns" once your parcel received.

The return is at your charge for all parcels delivered outside Mainland France. Upon receipt and after verification of your return, we will either process to a refund or store a voucher on your customer account, all depending on your choice.
